Questions
How accurate is it?
Every quantity is traced to what is on the sheet, and nothing is priced until you approve it, so a number you doubt is checked in seconds. The honest test is to run a job you already took off by hand and compare. The first month is for exactly that.
Who counts as an estimator, and who is a viewer?
An estimator can upload plans, run detection, change the takeoff and approve it. A viewer can open jobs, takeoffs and reports but cannot change anything. You pay only for estimators.
Is there really no limit on jobs?
There is no limit on jobs. Very large plan sets take real server time, so there is a fair-use allowance on sheets read per seat each month. It is set well above normal bidding, and we will talk to you before it ever gets in your way.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
Use CORE on your real bids for 30 days. If it did not earn its keep, email support@coresoftware.tech within those 30 days and name one job you ran it on, and we refund the month in full. One refund per company. For now we set up each account by hand, so you ask to get started and we send your sign-in by email.
Can I move between plans?
Yes. Solo moves to Team when you add a second estimator, and Team moves to Company past about six to eight estimators, or when you want a contract, a named contact or your own rules. You get credit for time already paid.
Where are my plans stored, and who can see them?
On our server, private to your account. Other customers cannot see them. Our own staff can, because that is how we support the product. The details, including the one optional feature that sends a sheet image to an outside AI provider, are on the security page.
Do you have single sign-on?
Not yet. It is planned for the Company plan. Today everyone signs in with an email and a password.
Does CORE replace my estimator?
No. Your crew speeds, equipment costs and how much risk to carry stay with your estimator. CORE shortens the measuring so they can spend the time on the price.
